4. Pre-Launch Trial Program

We may offer a pre-launch trial program for the Bag O' Doom product. Participation in this program is voluntary and is governed by a separate Trial Agreement, which participants must agree to before receiving a trial product. The terms of the Trial Agreement will supersede these Website Terms and Conditions with respect to the trial itself.

5. Communications

By providing your email address (e.g., by contacting us at hello@bagodoom.net), you consent to receiving communications from us electronically.

By opting in to SMS messages from Bag O' Doom LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Bag O' Doom is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.
